For this first discussion, they talk about how polarized opinions seem to be about the movie and why that might be. Why did the people who loved it love it so much, and why did others react SO negatively? Are there objective criticisms that have merit? What are the strengths and weaknesses of the movie? Could problems have been fixed? And is it okay to simply like the movie and neither love nor hate it?

And should it even have happened? They do a deep dive on sabers, but they also get into the Mandalorian's development as a character and his new change of direction (what the episode is really all about). "This is the way."

The gang talks about those mistakes, gives more background on this "Lone Wolf and Cub" thing they keep referencing, dives into "force healing" as a concept, does a little Star Wars trivia, and also offers first impressions of "Rise of Skywalker."
